Liebster Award

Romantic suspense author Robena Grant nominated me for the Liebster Award. This award is given in fun. I will post eleven things about myself, and then I will nominate another author and pass on the award.

Robena, thanks for the questions. You always make interviews a lot of fun!

*Do you have siblings?
Yes. I have an older and a younger brother.

*Have you ever lived in a country other than the US?
No, I’ve lived in the US my entire life.

*What is your favorite vacation?
That’s a hard one. I love to travel and have several favorites. I’d have to say France. Paris is absolutely lovely.

*What is your favorite movie of all time?
The Last of the Mohicans

*Do you read literary fiction?
I have but I prefer commercial fiction. I’d say my favorite story is Ethan Frome. It makes my life look great!

*What book are you currently reading?
Funny you should ask that. I’m half way through The Blue Dolphin by (drumroll)... Robena Grant.

*Do you like broccoli?
No. I feel like I’m eating little trees.

*Steak or chicken?
Steak. It has to be medium to well done. I don’t like pink meat. It drives my husband crazy.

*Do you wear mismatched undies?
Depends on what you want it to match.

*When you were young did you have more guy friends, or girlfriends?
I had more imaginary friends. I can’t remember their gender. Kidding. I had more female friends.

*Do you consider your husband or significant other to be your soul mate?
Definitely, we are perfect for each other. Half the time I want to go a few rounds with him in a boxing ring. Of course, the other half I want to kiss him like a madwoman. We drive each other crazy...and it’s so much fun!

Now it’s time to pass on the Liebster Award. I nominate KJ Montgomery.

 KJ, here are your questions:

What is your favorite treat?

What is the best book you have recently read?

Do you prefer to read an eBook or have a book in hand?

What is your biggest pet peeve?

What is your favorite season?

What did you want to be when you grew up?

Do you have a favorite band or genre of music?

What is your favorite vacation spot?

If you could choose, during what era would you live?

Coffee or Tea?

Your life is going to become a script for a movie. Who would you want to play you?

  1. I love your answers, JL. I'd become so busy juggling all three book releases that I'd totally forgotten about it. Hah! Sounds like your life has been super busy too.

So happy you're enjoying The Blue Dolphin. That series is now completed, and I'm sending off a single title romantic suspense (set in the Australian rainforest)and hope to get a contract. Fingers crossed. : )
